How I Work (1) - The Initial Assessment
First off, we just talk. I'll do a lot of listening - but some questioning, too. I want to establish exactly what it is you want to achieve. You may have it all in your head, but being very clear and precise about what you want to achieve and what you want to be is an essential first step in getting there.
This will extend beyond performance goals into life goals, experiences and attitudes, as these can affect your competitive performance, too.
This first meeting is a two-way check - you can find out about me and how I work, and decide if I can help you achieve your goals. But it's also for me to assess you. I want to make sure that you are the sort of person I can help and want to work with. I only want to work with people who have all the basics sorted and are already performing at a high level. I have my performance goals, too. We both want to work with the best.
The first meeting is free. We'll then agree a performance improvement programme. I'll give you an estimate of the costs before we start.
